My Role at BCS

I perform various accounting services for clients including sales tax returns, annual reports, business license tax returns, payroll, payroll tax returns, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, W2s and 1099s.  I enjoy working with clients on a routine basis and getting to know their businesses.

Education and Experience

I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business at ETSU followed by a Masters in Accounting also at ETSU.  Prior to BCS, I worked in various accounting roles at Eastman Chemical Company followed by a staff accountant position at a nursing home management firm.  I have always enjoyed interacting with people at various levels in business.

Community Involvement and Personal Notes

I am married with one daughter and one granddaughter who currently live in Nashville.  I previously performed with Kingsport’s Showtime, sang with the church praise team and sang with a contemporary Christian band.  I currently attend Faith Apostolic Church in Church Hill.  I serve there as a Sunday morning greeter as well as head up the Food Pantry.  When away from BCS, I enjoy reading, pool time and just hanging out with the hubby.
