My Role at BCS

I am currently serving as a senior associate in the Johnson City audit department, and I have been with BCS since August of 2019.

My role at BCS involves providing audit and other assurance services for governmental and private for-profit entities. I enjoy working with clients and being able to help them when they have questions or need guidance on various topics. I enjoy learning about the client and their business and being able to assist them as they work to improve their day-to-day operations.

Education and Experience

I am originally from Greeneville, TN where I attended North Greene High School (c/o 2014). I was selected as a Niswonger Scholar and attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in May 2018. I returned to the University of Tennessee to attend the Master of Accountancy and graduated in June 2019. I earned my CPA license in September 2020.

I started at BCS in August 2019. After completing several industry-related accounting internships, I decided on public accounting with the intention to return to east Tennessee to fulfill my commitment to the Niswonger Foundation. To my role, I bring experience with the very business we serve and an eagerness to develop client relationships to improve our services to them.

Community Involvement and Personal Notes

My husband, Zak, and I reside in Gray, TN with our two dogs, Cooper & Millie. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and my dogs, traveling with my husband, attending as many UT sporting events as possible, and reading.
