My Role at BCS
I am a Supervisor in the Managed Accounting Services Department with a crossover in Tax. I enjoy helping our clients with their accounting needs including new business set-up, bookkeeping, payroll, and state and local compliance (sales tax and business taxes). I also provide individual and business tax return filing and tax planning.
Education and Experience
I returned home to Tennessee in 2016 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Wofford College. I then obtained a Master’s of Accountancy degree from East Tennessee State University in 2017, and I am a licensed CPA in the state of Tennessee. I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA). I also earned my Advanced certification in QuickBooks Online.
Community Involvement and Personal Notes
My wife and I currently live in Bristol, Tennessee with our son, Reed. We are very active at Avoca Christian Church where my wife is the Children’s Minister. We enjoy spending time with family, going to the lake, and traveling.
