The Star Program in Johnson City is to provide Christmas presents for children in foster care. BCS bought and shopped for Christmas presents for three kids. We bought items from their wish list and an outfit and a coat. The Small Business Services Department has been participating in the Star Program for several years, with other area CPAs and firms.
