My Role at BCS
I serve as a supervisor in the audit department. My clients encompass a wide array of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, non-profit, and governmental entities. This means I get to interact with a wide variety of clients each day and provide them with advice on application of accounting principles and ideas on how to improve their internal processes. I enjoy adding value to our assurance clients by helping them strengthen their internal controls and produce accurate and timely financial statements.
Education and Experience
I earned my BBA and MAcc degrees at ETSU graduating in 2011 and 2013, respectively. I have been working at BCS since I started as an intern in 2011. I began my full-time career in the audit department in 2012, and passed the CPA exam in 2014. I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (TSCAP) and of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA).
