On January 1, 2013, the Commonwealth of Virginia will require all corporations to electronically file all forms and payments. This will include 2012 income tax returns, 2012 tax payments, 2012 extension payments and 2013 estimated payments.
Virginia Corporations that are unable to file electronically must request and file a hardship waiver.
