If you receive a seemingly official document from Corporate Records Service, do not complete the form and send it back with their requested fee of $125 (the actual fee to file a corporate annual report in Tennessee is only $20).  Corporate Records Service is NOT affiliated with the State of Tennessee.

This mailer is creating confusion among some Tennessee corporations due to its semblance as an official notice, as well as the timing of the mailing to coincide with the arrival of annual report notices from the Tennessee Secretary of State.
