Blackburn, Childers & Steagall, PLC has participated in the
Tri-Cities Dragon Boat Race since its inception in 2006.BCS is proud to take part in this community
wide event to benefit the Niswonger Children’s Hospital.This fast growing tradition provides BCS
employees and their families the opportunity to get to know one another while
showing our dedication to teamwork and our community – traits which make BCS
