Kathy Owens
Kathy Owens began working at the Johnson City office of Blackburn, Childers and Steagall, PLC in October 2002. She is a member of the administrative staff working for the Audit Department. Kathy, her husband, Buck, and two daughters reside in Jonesborough where they attend Eden United Methodist Church.
Kathy is active with the youth at church and also enjoys reading, music and camping.
