Every person has to ask, "Do I need a personal financial plan?" Each season of life requires some financial planning or counseling. Questions regarding budgeting, purchase of insurance, investing, funding for retirement or college costs are all valid topics for financial counseling.

BCS has two Personal Financial Specialists “Board Certified” by the American Institute of CPAs. Jim Wilson and Jeff Blackburn have been awarded the PFS designation after having passed a rigorous examination and satisfied the experience requirement.

It is important to note that since we are CPAs we have opted not to sell products or accept commissions, etc. Therefore, you can be assured that the advice given will be independent and objective.
