Blackburn, Childers & Steagall, PLC (BCS) has over 30 years of experience in auditing governmental entities. We currently serve municipalities in both Tennessee and Virginia.

In addition to working with our client’s staff to conduct an efficient and effective audit, we work closely with management to identify upcoming issues due to changes in law and new accounting and auditing standards.
